Writing, sharpening and erasing - the Graf von Faber-Castell Perfect Pencil combines all of these functions. It is a point protector, pencil extender and sharpener holder in one. The perfect pencil therefore offers everything you need for writing, making notes, drawing and sketching.
While placing the extender on the back end of the pencil, it allows the user to exhaust the full length of the pencil as it is sharpened down. The pencils are made of Californian cedar wood and come in degree of lead hardness B, which is equivalent to a No. 2. A stable clip on the extender holds the pencil securely in the pocket and the metal sharpener found within is replaceable. The eraser is located on the end of the pencil. It does not smudge and is also replaceable. An end cap fastens onto the pencil to protect the eraser when not in use.
